Roles and Responsibilities:
● Design and configure Zoho applications, including CRM, Books, Desk, and others, to
meet specific business process requirements.
● Customize Zoho modules, fields, workflows, and reports to enhance usability and
productivity.
● Conduct data migration from legacy systems to Zoho applications, ensuring data
integrity and accuracy.
● Integrate Zoho applications with other third-party systems, such as payment gateways,
email marketing platforms, and customer support tools.
● Design and implement API integrations to enable seamless data flow between systems.
● Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth operation and data
synchronization
● Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Zoho applications to
provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
● Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process
optimization.
● Create and automate data-driven workflows and alerts to streamline business
operations.
● Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho applications, ensuring they can
effectively utilize the platform.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Zoho Analyst or similar role, with a strong
understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho suite applications.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Zoho modules, fields, workflows, and reports.
• Experience with Zoho API integrations and data migration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and
provide user training and support.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Qualification:
BCA/MCA/BBA/MBA in IT Analysis or Digital Marketing.
